2. Registration and Payment

All delegate, sponsor, and exhibitor registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by the organizers. Payment must be made in full before the event. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry if payment has not been received.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our official refund policy. The organizers are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred if the event is canceled or postponed.

4. Event Changes

While every effort is made to ensure the program runs as scheduled, the organizers reserve the right to alter the agenda, speakers, date, or venue without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave professionally at all times. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unacceptable, disruptive, or harmful to others, without refund.
